✔️All consignments that are not picked up by the consignee's are donated to organizations such as the Battered Women's Shelter or families who have suffered disasters, such as housefires.
✔️ We are organizing a bookbag giveaway to 50 students for back to school in August of 2018!
✔️ We are offering two individuals who are seeking employment to visit our store and recieve a professional interview oufit to help with their job search.
✔️ We have a give bin. We have items set aside for customers with special needs. Serving others is our number one priority!

Jordan Sandlin has always had a passion for good deals and great people! Never did she think that she would end up living her dream and being a store owner! She dreamt God size dreams and God truly put this store in Jordan's hands. Things fell perfectly into place. She is a true servant of God and truly loves to serve others. She is passionate about The Elegant Exchange and truly wants to thrive, not only to make a living for her family, but changing other people's lives and helping the community one day at a time.
Jordan is always happy and available to answer any and all customer requests and questions about consignments, donations, or purchases, please feel free to contact her anytime!

Co-Owner/Assistant
Michael Sandlin, Jordan's husband is a behind the scenes assistant, although it wouldn't be untypical for him to assist you during your visit with The Elegant Exchange. He is the face you will see if you have a scheduled donation pick-up or purchase drop-off. He is outgoing, personable, and is available for answering any questions!

Our return policy is as stated:
·We do not accept returns for merchandise such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, or handbags. Since we operate as a consignment store, our system updates daily money that is owed to our consignors. We apologise for any inconveniences!
·We do offer store credit or exchanges for any defective electronic devices, if returned within 10 days of the date it was purchased. A valid reciept must be present at the time of the return!
